After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation which will list your order number with your complete order details by the next business day.
Once your cleared payment has been received, your order will be packed and dispatched as soon as possible. A second email will notify you that your order has been packed and dispatched.

Included in this email will be your parcel registration number so that you can trace your parcel via Australia Post.

Domestic Shipping Options

Once items are selected and you have proceeded to the checkout, you will be advised the total weight of your parcel Bespoke JaNik delivers Australia wide and overseas using the services of Australia Post.

We ship via Registered Post for efficiency and security of service. We only offer Registered Post services as they ensure your parcel arrives in a timely manner and offers parcel tracking should a problem arise.

Shipping Times Guideline

Please note this guideline refers to the estimated time taken to deliver the parcel once the order has been processed at Bespoke JaNik. You will receive an email from Bespoke JaNik notifying you when your order has been processed. Included in this email will be your registered Post Lodgment Form number for tracking.

As shipping fees vary from country to country, your shipping fee will be automatically charged and listed on the checkout page.

Please note the estimated shipping time is 3 -10 business days from the time your order has been processed at Bespoke JaNik. You will receive an email notifying you when your order has been processed. Tracking of these orders is only possible at an added expense.

If you are making a purchase at Bespoke JaNik from outside Australia please note that customs fees or import duties may apply to your order.
